Service overview

Unblur Image provides Standard Unblur for one static JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, HEIC/HEIF, TIFF, BMP or safe SVG image per task. Animated, multi-image, multi-page, HD, batch, text recovery, old-photo restoration, face restoration and video inputs are not currently supported.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to accept these terms. If local law requires consent from a parent or guardian, you may use the service only with that consent. Users are responsible for account access, task activity, uploads and payment actions. Browser Free needs no account; Cloud Unblur requires sign-in before processing starts.

Upload rights and acceptable use

Only upload images you own, are licensed to use or have another lawful basis to process. You must follow the Content Policy. NSFW, pornographic, explicit or sexually suggestive content; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; child sexual abuse material; face-swap or deceptive deepfake use; privacy invasion; harassment; restricted-content bypass; infringement; and illegal activity are prohibited.

AI output limitations

AI output is not guaranteed. Results vary, may fail, may include artifacts and must not be treated as forensic, identity-perfect, text-recovery or legal evidence.

Product Credits and payments

Browser Free uses 0 Product Credits. A successful Cloud Unblur task uses 10 Product Credits. Credit packs, expiration and payment support are governed by the pricing and refund/credit restoration pages.

Purchase, delivery and payment-provider roles

Product Credit packs are one-time digital purchases, not subscriptions, and do not create recurring charges. The price, currency, included credits, expiry and any checkout taxes are shown before payment. Credits are added after payment confirmation; temporary provider or webhook delays may delay delivery. The checkout identifies the payment provider. Stripe acts as payment processor for current Product Credit checkout. If Creem is identified at checkout, Creem is the merchant of record, contractual reseller, invoice issuer and collector of applicable indirect taxes, while Unblur Image remains responsible for the product, delivery and customer support.

Cancellation and refunds

An incomplete checkout may be cancelled before payment. Because credit packs are one-time purchases, there is no subscription to cancel. Payment refunds and statutory withdrawal or consumer rights are governed by the Refund and Credit Restoration Policy, the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

Availability and failed processing

Queues, slow processing, service outages, retries and safety interruptions may affect task completion. Credits are returned when processing cannot deliver a usable result under the restoration policy.

User content and intellectual property

Users keep ownership of and responsibility for their content. You grant Unblur Image and necessary service providers only the limited rights needed to receive, process, store, secure and return the image and to operate the requested task. The service does not grant rights you do not already hold.

Suspension and support

Abuse, prohibited content, attempts to bypass safeguards, chargeback or payment misuse, or material breach of these terms may lead to task rejection, account suspension or termination. Support can review failed tasks, credits, billing, deletion and abuse reports.

Disclaimers, liability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular image result. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; material changes apply prospectively where required by law.
