What you can request
You may request review or deletion of uploaded originals, generated outputs, private task records, support messages and account-related data where applicable. Browser Free images and results are not held by our server, so closing or refreshing the tab clears the local result without a server-side deletion request.
What to include
Include account email, task ID if visible privately, approximate upload date and the specific data you want reviewed or deleted. We may ask for account verification, but never send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes.
Project storage deletion
Uploaded originals and generated outputs in storage controlled by Unblur Image are scheduled for automatic deletion after 24 hours. You may also request an earlier review through this page.
Third-party processing limits
Third-party AI services may have their own retention or deletion limits. This page does not promise instant or complete third-party deletion.
Records that may be retained
Payment, invoice, tax, credit-ledger, legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute and abuse-report records may need retention even after an image or account deletion request. Where possible, retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Account deletion effects
Deleting an account can end access to private task history, remaining credits and account features. Complete or download anything you need before requesting account deletion. A deletion request does not itself cancel or reverse a completed payment.
Abuse and copyright exceptions
Deletion requests connected to abuse, copyright, safety or legal reports may require additional review.
