Browser Free and Cloud Unblur
Browser Free processes supported images on the current device and uses 0 Product Credits. It does not require an account or upload the image for processing. Cloud Unblur is optional and uses 10 Credits for a successfully delivered private result. The cloud path supports the limits shown on the main tool and requires sign-in before a task starts.
One-Time Credits, Clear Limits
Activated paid packs are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not promise unlimited processing. Purchased Credits do not expire under the current rules; promotional Credits may have a displayed validity period. A pack changes the available Credit balance only—it does not add HD or 4K export, batch processing, video processing, or specialized restoration features.

Is Browser Free really free?
Yes. Browser Free uses 0 Product Credits and does not require sign-in. Processing runs in the current browser tab, subject to the device and input limits shown on the tool.
When does Cloud Unblur use Product Credits?
Cloud Unblur places a temporary hold when processing starts and consumes the stated Credits only after a usable private result is delivered. Eligible failures and timeouts restore the hold automatically.
Are Product Credit packs subscriptions?
No. Any activated paid pack is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Sharpniq does not advertise an unlimited paid plan.
Do purchased Product Credits expire?
Purchased Product Credits do not expire under the current pack rules. Promotional or welcome Credits may have a separate validity period shown before they are claimed.
What if processing or payment goes wrong?
Eligible processing failures restore held Credits automatically. For an unresolved result, Credit, or payment issue, use the refund policy and contact page so the team can review the transaction.
