Credit restoration is not the same as payment refund
Product Credit restoration handles a processing task that fails or is rejected before a usable result is delivered. A payment refund reverses all or part of a completed credit-pack purchase to the original payment method and follows the rules below.
Digital purchase, delivery and cancellation
Product Credit packs are one-time digital purchases with no recurring subscription. Credits are normally delivered to the signed-in account after payment confirmation. You may leave or cancel checkout before payment completes; after payment, use the refund-request process below.
When a payment refund may be requested
Contact support within 14 calendar days of purchase if the purchased credits remain unused. Refunds may also be considered for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, confirmed payment with credits not delivered, or a material service-access defect. This policy does not limit non-waivable withdrawal, refund or consumer remedies under applicable law.
When a payment refund is normally not available
Except where required by law, a change-of-mind refund is normally unavailable after any credits from the pack have been used. Purchased Credits do not expire. A technically usable result that does not match a subjective preference is not automatically refundable. We may issue a partial refund or goodwill credit when appropriate, without creating a general entitlement.
How to request a payment refund
Use the billing category on the contact page and include the account email, order or receipt reference, purchase date, reason and whether any credits were used. Do not send a full card number, card security code or payment-provider password.
Review and refund timing
We respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days. If approved, a refund is submitted without undue delay to the original payment method through the provider that processed the order. Stripe refunds usually appear 5–10 business days after issuance, depending on the bank. Creem-processed refunds are handled through Creem under its buyer terms and customer-portal procedures. Provider, bank, fraud or legal review can take longer.
Credit hold
Browser Free and local validation use 0 Product Credits. Cloud Unblur temporarily sets aside 10 Product Credits only when server-side processing starts.
Credit consumption
Held credits are consumed only after a usable private result is delivered. Product Credits are the only user-facing credit unit.
Automatic restoration cases
Local validation rejection uses 0 credits. Once credits are held, they are restored for a processing timeout, service error, no usable output, service-side rejection or interrupted processing before a usable result is delivered.
Retry and no double charge
If a retry produces the first usable result, the user still pays for only one Standard Unblur task.
Successful but disliked results
A technically usable result is not automatically refunded. Support may review severe quality issues without promising a fixed outcome.
Credit expiration
New-account Credits do not expire. Purchased Starter and Plus Credits never expire.
Payment refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the unused-credit, delivery, duplicate-charge, unauthorized-charge, service-defect and applicable-law rules above. Refunds are returned only to the original payment method through the provider that processed the purchase.
